How did you get started?
I started trapping with my dad. Whether it was hunting, fishing or trapping, he took me along. Thirty-seven years later, we are still trapping partners.
Special memories of early years
The 'learning game.' There were no trapping classes available when we started, so we learned everything by trial and error.

Special memories of trapping in Alaska
  • Trapping full-time with my dad.
  • Getting my kids involved in trapping.
  • Opening day of the season; the kids either skip school or take off work to help Dad and me put out the 'lines.
