From
the ATA Archives: Beaver Trapping
Now, for those of you in Fairbanks who might have missed this, ATA
helped Alaska Fish and Game with a beaver control project in the
Chena River for two winters. The primary stipulation of this project
was education for kids - getting high risk kids out and interested
in something that might have a positive impact on their lives. Here
are a few pictures of the project and the happy trappers of Boy
Scout Troop 6 from Fort Wainwright!
